Job Summary

Coordinate bulk cargo handling and oversee sea-ship loading/unloading operations to keep port workflows running safely and efficiently. •Control and monitor loading and unloading processes for bulk cargo.
•Check ship holds and ensure compliance with all regulations up to ship berthing operations.

•Coordinate workflows between port, vessel, and internal interfaces and document handling processes digitally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Completed training in Nautics, port logistics, or technology with a qualification as Bachelor, Meister, or Fachwirt.
•Experience leading employees and guiding teams through day-to-day operations.
•Willingness to take responsibility and handle challenging situations confidently.
•Structured organization of work processes while keeping an overview during complex operations.
•Ready to work in a 3-shift system including weekends.
