Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end servicing for bond/repo trades, ensuring accurate processing of trade capture, validation, confirmation matching, and amendments/cancellations within guidelines.
  • •Check and action trade and position management activities; ensure timely completion of settlement exceptions, investigations, and related escalations.
  • •Resolve booking/matching discrepancies by collaborating with Trade & Position Management and Clearing & Settlements teams.
  • •Manage operational risk by conducting operational risk assessments, monitoring mitigating plans, and escalating potential risks through the escalation matrix.
  • •Motivate and develop the team, support continuous process improvements, and deliver MI/KRIs/KPIs and other reporting within agreed timescales.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in Debt Securities or market operations preferred.
  • •Strong verbal and business English communication skills.
  • •Ability to work a fixed European-hours schedule aligned to UK (London) or Paris (CET) business hours, with flexibility for varying shifts.
  • •Proven ownership and independent problem-solving with strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
