Develop and conceptualize characters, environments, and set layouts for animated shorts and specials, helping define the visual look, style, and emotional tone from story inception to final delivery. Build and support hybrid traditional and GenAI-native production workflows, bridging 2D and 3D ideas with consistent, feature-quality aesthetics. Collaborate closely with creative leadership, incorporate feedback quickly, and help create templates, scripts, and look-development approaches that blend generative imagery with traditional renders.
