Coordinator, Process Plant

Coordinate and direct all process plant equipment activities to ensure reliable, capable production and delivery against plant targets. Own operations spanning from crushed ore stockpile through classification to flotation surge tanks, implementing operating procedures, guidelines, systems, and processes to maximize output and minimize costs. Lead day-to-day optimization, monitor performance and equipment status, issue daily operating instructions, investigate safety/environmental incidents, and drive corrective, preventative, and improvement activities while coaching shift teams.
