Key Responsibilities

  • •Own your assigned shift by overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Ensure accurate order fulfillment and communicate with customers when issues arise.
  • •Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively; serve as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks; lead by example and foster a positive, safe atmosphere.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; college diploma is a plus but not required.

  • •Able to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexible with shift scheduling.
