Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers, including 1-on-1s, actionable feedback, and career development.
  • •Define the documentation vision (tool selection, style guides, information architecture) and create documentation strategy across a cross-functional organization.
  • •Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and Support to integrate documentation into the software development life cycle.
