Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing materials and work.
  • •Act as the direct customer contact, diagnosing and repairing equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction at the customer’s location.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company and procured assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Technical School or formal training is preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with hand-held computer devices (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including listed serious offenses) in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
