Key Responsibilities

•Lead NEC contract administration (Options A, C, E), managing change control, early warnings, compensation events, and contractor performance across design, early works, and construction.
•Oversee design development and technical approvals, coordinating engineering inputs and ensuring alignment with project specifications and electrical infrastructure standards.
•Manage construction delivery, ensuring adherence to programme, quality, safety, environmental requirements, and client governance processes.
•Drive programme performance, proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
•Lead stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong relationships across engineering, commercial, environmental, consenting, contractor, and client teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering, project management, or construction discipline.
•Working toward a professional qualification (APM, ICE, IET, MCIOB, etc.).
•Able to manage multiple workstreams independently in a structured, safety-critical environment.
•Confident in NEC processes, contract management, and client-side governance.
•Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
