Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments.
•Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery.
•Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
•Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Project Manager, Design Manager or Senior Engineer within ports, coastal or maritime infrastructure

•Track record of delivering projects across ports, marine structures or coastal environments
•Confidence in client engagement and stakeholder management
•Ability to lead packages of work and drive outcomes across programme, cost and quality
