Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments.
  • •Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery.
  • •Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Project Manager, Design Manager or Senior Engineer within ports, coastal or maritime infrastructure
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on complex infrastructure projects
  • •Track record of delivering projects across ports, marine structures or coastal environments
  • •Confidence in client engagement and stakeholder management
  • •Ability to lead packages of work and drive outcomes across programme, cost and quality
