Key Responsibilities

  • •Use data and analytics to guide creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs that support business roadmaps.
  • •Improve how customer data is collected, joined, and analyzed across customer touchpoints like TI.com and promotional content.
  • •Use a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other marketing technology to build audience segments and deliver a customer-focused experience across digital channels.
  • •Enable fast reporting by building an ecosystem for quick access to insights and training teams to use it effectively.
  • •Analyze key performance indicators and experiment with approaches to recommend improvements for sales and marketing programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, MIS, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, UX Design, Technical Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science (with a focus in marketing), or a related degree.
  • •Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • •Experience or basic proficiency with high-level programming languages (Python, Java).
  • •Experience or basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • •Experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, Marketo, Eloqua) and/or an internship in a similar field.
