Ensure IS&T vendor-delivered work is planned, governed, and executed safely across site environments. Own early-stage planning assurance and contractor management governance before supplier mobilisation, leading a contractor management supervision model and coordinating with the IS&T HSE function. Partner with delivery leads and contract owners to strengthen scope definition, coach safe work design, identify planning gaps that create safety/schedule risk, and manage demand/capacity forecasting across the PMO portfolio.
