Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the benefits infrastructure strategy, including near-term integrations and long-term unification into a consistent administration layer.
  • •Drive the roadmap for integrating with carriers, third-party administrators, and customers’ HR systems, including consolidation and offboarding decisions.
  • •Lead complex integration delivery and go-live readiness, partnering with engineering on test planning and validation.
  • •Run end-to-end activation for new countries and partners, covering requirements, integration, onboarding, and rollout.
  • •Escalate and resolve benefit-cost data integrity incidents, championing systemic discrepancy reporting and reconciliation infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based).
  • •Provider-agnostic mindset for ingesting a customer’s existing reality and anticipating future needs (broker, carrier, HRIS).
  • •Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes.
  • •Comfort designing for systems and humans, thinking in APIs and agent-facing tooling to improve pay run correctness and compliance.
  • •Excellent async written communication and judgment to prioritize strategically and tactically under deadline pressure.
