Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Chinese data protection and privacy laws as well as GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • •Monitor and interpret changes in data protection legislation and provide guidance on regulatory developments and best practices.
  • •Advise executives and cross-functional teams on data protection and privacy matters, including risk management and compliance communication.
  • •Develop and deliver training programs to build data protection and privacy awareness across business units.
