Partner with customers and internal Offering teams as the vertical SME, analyzing behavior to find innovation opportunities, informing pricing/packaging, building segmentation, and translating trends and feedback into data-driven business cases. Based in New York with up to 25% international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the health and performance of the Travel & Mobility vertical and support general management.
•Define and drive global commercial strategy elements for the vertical, including where/with whom/what/when/how to sell to merchants.
•Serve as the vertical SME and champion initiatives internally with strategic customers.
•Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service innovation and differentiation.
•Develop and maintain customer segmentation; provide vertical trends, opportunities, customer pain points, and pricing/packaging input to align with Offering and global strategy.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,000 - 275,000 annually

•Strong background in payments and financial technology services.
•Proven track record of developing winning strategies and driving commercial success within GTM strategy and execution.
•Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical depth, and ability to package customer feedback into data-driven business cases.
•Available to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally.
