Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across the general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll for all three entities, producing accurate GAAP-compliant financials on schedule.
  • •Manage multi-entity and intercompany transactions, allocations, and entity-level reporting to ensure clean rollups to the parent.
  • •Serve as the technical accounting resource, researching and documenting positions including revenue recognition (ASC 606) for software and RCM billing revenue streams.
  • •Own the transition off outsourced accounting (Pilot), extracting institutional knowledge, closing documentation gaps, and preventing continuity issues during handoff.
  • •Design internal controls and repeatable procedures, oversee cash and AP/AR day-to-day visibility, lead migration from QuickBooks Online to a true multi-entity platform, and hire/train additional offshore accounting staff as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years at a Controller or Accounting Manager level.
  • •Direct hands-on experience supporting a US-based company (not solely BPO-style transactional support).
  • •CPA or equivalent recognized certification.
  • •Strong command of US GAAP, internal controls, and multi-entity/intercompany accounting.
  • •Experience setting up/standing up an accounting function and comfort with a player-coach role (hands-on now, managing later).
