Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end financial and operational reporting, including monthly close, variance analysis, reconciliations, and cash flow management across AP and AR. Partner with leadership to build forecasts, annual plans, and 3–5 year projections, and provide board- and executive-ready reporting. Support audits and regulatory compliance, drive finance workflow improvements and ERP initiatives, model valuations and strategic initiatives, and equip junior finance staff and non-financial stakeholders with clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee financial and operational reporting cycles, including daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and ensuring a timely month-end and fiscal year-end close.
•Analyze variances against budget and forecast and work with accounting and P&L owners to explain revenue/expense fluctuations.
•Drive local cash flow performance by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections.
•Prepare executive and board reporting materials, and serve as a strategic finance partner for forecasts, annual operating plans, and 3–5 year projections.
•Support compliance and audits, provide finance input for RFIs/RFPs and strategic initiatives, and improve/automate finance workflows including ERP implementation and enhancement.
•Coach and develop junior finance staff and educate non-financial colleagues on key finance concepts, presenting performance in clear terms.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Accounting qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate accounting with significant analytical responsibilities.
•Fluency in English.
•Advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint skills.
•Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing timelines.
