Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a live, accurate view of every rig across cities and hubs at serial-number level
  • •Coordinate fast recovery of faulty rigs with QC/Hardware to minimize downtime
  • •Manage the SD-card pool end to end: issue, collect, track, rotate, and prevent loss
  • •Coordinate with the travel desk to arrange Field Officer bookings, travel, and accommodation for on-time deployments
  • •Run daily reconciliation of rigs and SD cards and share daily fleet status with ops leadership

Key Requirements

  • •0–3 years in operations, logistics, fleet, or inventory coordination
  • •Strong tracking discipline with comfort using Google Sheets (filters, lookups, basic formulas)
  • •High ownership and follow-through while coordinating across multiple teams at once
  • •Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment
  • •Experience with asset/inventory serialized-device tracking or field logistics is preferred
