Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, accurate advice and guidance on general HR inquiries, including employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll.
  • •Manage recruitment activities and the offer process, including issuing offer letters and employment contracts in line with policy and regulations.
  • •Lead onboarding and off-boarding activities, including orientation sessions, exit interviews, and required system updates.
  • •Manage talent management and compensation processes, including annual talent review, succession planning, goal setting, salary reviews, and promotions.
  • •Manage a team of HR generalists and ensure compliance with McDermott policies and mandatory training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar or Senior HR Generalist role.
  • •Strong understanding of HR principles and practices across the employment lifecycle.
  • •Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • •Ability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
