Job Summary

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver freight undamaged. Inspect vehicles and trailers for defects, load and unload building materials, and transport them to commercial and residential job sites according to customer directions. Maintain required state and federal compliance records, report accidents, lift heavy materials (up to 80–100+ lbs.), and provide a world-class customer service experience while working outdoors and managing time-sensitive deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect truck/trailer for defects and operate safely in compliance with company policy and federal/state regulations.
•Safely load building materials onto flatbed/boom truck and unload at commercial and residential job sites.
•Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal and public safety.
•Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations and report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
•Lift and handle heavy building materials (up to 80 lbs. and up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload) and work outdoors while meeting site deadlines.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
•Minimum Class B license (Class A strongly preferred).
•Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
•Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
