Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements - from ETL development to source data validation to analysis
  • •Connect regulatory expectations, commitments, and the Compliance and Product roadmaps to influence strategy
  • •Educate internal and external partners on the impact of new regulation, policies, or environmental changes to the compliance program and Block platforms
  • •Collaborate with partners from legal to engineering to inform strategic builds of essential compliance program elements
  • •Lead multiple high-impact workstreams with clear written and verbal communication to drive cross-functional alignment

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
  • •5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
  • •Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker)
  • •Expert in ETL development
  • •Proven track record solving large and complex problems without clear answers, using deep and broad technical expertise
