Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Run trials and analysis on emulsified products to enable the delivery of a new process to be implemented in the factories.
  • •Coordinate pilot plant trials and collaborate with different partners.
  • •Set up microbiological challenge tests to validate the process conditions and process lethality in close cooperation with microbiologist/scientific services.
  • •Understand analytical and sensory methods to measure trials performance and define an analytical plan.
  • •Prepare periodic presentations to keep the internship supervisor and Process Team informed about progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master level in food processing technology or food related engineering
  • •Knowledge on: General process on food industry, Scale up knowledge, Ingredients interaction and Emulsification process
  • •You are a teamplayer who is proactive and have good communication skills. Curious and organized person.
  • •You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
  • •You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
