Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a process management risk advisor, applying subject matter expertise to drive value during assessments and reduce risk for Enterprise Services lines of business.
  • •Collaborate with business partners on process-based assessments across functional areas (e.g., cyber, cloud operations, network connectivity, development, data management, resiliency, and third-party functions).
  • •Research regulatory and internal process changes to improve existing risks and identify emerging risks.
  • •Lead stakeholder application of risk management principles aligned to Enterprise frameworks and facilitate assessments and deliverables.
  • •Manage prioritized projects and program delivery: timelines, escalation when needed, participation in risk forums, and presenting assessment outcomes to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in process management, technology risk management, or project management.
  • •At least 5 years of experience partnering with internal or external business clients.
  • •At least 1 year of experience analyzing information security or technology threats and risks.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or military experience) and experience with regulatory practices (governance, risk, compliance, and information/network security) and incident response.
