Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle monthly end-to-end payroll activities, including collating/validating inputs and outputs and completing APAC statutory reporting.
  • •Improve and implement payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Support payroll and benefits processing in line with new policies or changes in laws and regulations.
  • •Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and support internal and external audits.
  • •Manage payroll vendors in accordance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) with 3 years of experience in in-house payroll operations.
  • •Hands-on functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge for the APAC region.
  • •Proven ability to perform payroll verification and checking with a high standard of accuracy.
  • •Experience with legal and compliance audits related to payroll (e.g., income tax, statutory social securities).
  • •Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
