Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Change Management Lead and coordinate project change activities from design through delivery.
  • •Act as the client representative and interface with multiple project stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional communication.
  • •Coordinate on-site work weekly between the general contractor, engineering/management teams, and production teams (2–3 days/week on-site).
  • •Manage information flow between the project team and the client through weekly meetings, written communications, and coordination reports.
  • •Ensure on-site coordination governance by following procedures and using the required tools to support delivery on time, cost, quality, and health & safety objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years’ experience on construction-related projects as project lead, site coordinator, site manager, or site/work manager.
  • •Preferably experience in industries such as industrial and pharmacy/pharmaceutical.
  • •Engineering degree or training in Project/Program Management (or equivalent).
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, customer service orientation, and collaboration.
  • •Strong communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
