Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage the success-oriented asset management of a portfolio across Switzerland including Romandie and implement innovative strategies.
  • •Provide customer reporting and accompany revaluations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • •Own the budgeting and forecasting process for performance management.
  • •Define property strategies, identify potential, and develop business plans in Immopac and drive their operational implementation.
  • •Engage and supervise external service providers (property management, marketing, legal counsel) to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in architecture, business administration, engineering, finance, or law, plus relevant further education (e.g., IFZ, CUREM).
  • •At least 5 years of asset management experience managing income real estate (residential, office, retail) for an institutional investor across Switzerland.
  • •Strong analytical skills, with experience in customer reporting and assessing valuations.
  • •Initiative, independence, decision-making, commitment, and ability to drive results.
  • •Excellent German and good, practical French language skills.
