Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budget updates for CSA works.
  • •Support benchmarking, cost analysis, and cost optimisation/value engineering input during design development.
  • •Assist in preparing tender documentation and supporting tender processes for CSA trade packages, including preliminary analysis and comparisons.
  • •Support post-contract cost management including variations, change orders, cost tracking, and reviewing contractor progress claims and certification processes.
  • •Prepare and assist in compiling cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates, and maintain accurate cost records and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles.
  • •Exposure to CSA / building construction works is preferred.
  • •Experience in data centre, industrial, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
  • •Experience in a cost consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
