Job Summary

Support cost management for Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale data centre development. Assist with cost planning, cost estimates, benchmarking, and value engineering inputs, plus procurement and tender documentation for CSA trade packages. Help manage variations and change orders, support reviews of contractor progress claims, maintain cost records, and contribute to cost reports and cash flow forecasts while coordinating with cost managers, project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budget updates for CSA works.
•Support benchmarking, cost analysis, and cost optimisation/value engineering input during design development.
•Assist in preparing tender documentation and supporting tender processes for CSA trade packages, including preliminary analysis and comparisons.
•Support post-contract cost management including variations, change orders, cost tracking, and reviewing contractor progress claims and certification processes.
•Prepare and assist in compiling cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates, and maintain accurate cost records and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles.
•Exposure to CSA / building construction works is preferred.
•Experience in data centre, industrial, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
•Experience in a cost consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
