Senior Associate, Digital Renewal Sales Representative

Manage multiple customer renewal cycles for regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals that protect retention and support growth. Lead end-to-end renewal motions, close renewals and seat expansions using standard sales plays, and monitor auto-renewal status to prevent churn. Work with customer procurement teams and partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on cross-sell, retention, and adoption. Maintain forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM/renewal tracking tools.
