Job Summary

Animate in-person and remote training for Medi24, and manage learning delivery across all Medi24 platforms. Partner with an international training team and instructional designers to develop onboarding and adult-learning-based programs, create tailored e-learning, and maintain the e-learning knowledge base. Lead recruiting onboarding, evaluate and audit training content, support regulatory/product changes, and measure training impact through quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Medi24 trainings in both classroom and remote formats, and develop training and onboarding programs based on adult learning methodologies and business needs.
•Manage onboarding for new hires, support orientation sessions, and act as a subject matter expert for new client integration and medical training content in collaboration with medical teams and designers.
•Collaborate with instructional designers to produce training materials, tools, and manuals; develop tailored e-learning with the global training operations unit.
•Maintain and manage the e-learning knowledge base, keep training content updated with IT system changes, regulatory/compliance topics, and product/process changes.
•Measure training impact using quantitative/qualitative feedback and learning data, and support a monthly training plan to address knowledge gaps and improve performance.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years’ experience as a trainer or in a similar role delivering online or in-person training using proven methodologies.
•Medical degree: nurse (HF/FH), paramedic, midwife, or medical assistant (MPA).
•Fluency in German and/or French; English is an advantage.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
•Client orientation and strong communication/presentation skills, including the ability to work autonomously and in a multicultural team.
