Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate scheduling and convening of board and committee meetings for Global Atlantic entities and manage meeting calendars and agendas.
  • •Draft agendas, organize board packs/management presentations, and prepare and distribute meeting materials via board software.
  • •Draft board and committee meeting minutes and serve as a point of contact for directors, executives, and external service providers.
  • •Maintain insurance business board/corporate action calendars and local governance frameworks, including drafting corporate resolutions and other formalities.
  • •Manage governance-related regulatory filings and document repositories, and oversee service provider and board material software access/distribution needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4+ years of corporate governance or corporate secretary experience in a financial services, insurance, or asset management environment.
  • •Strong understanding of board governance, corporate formalities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Experience supporting multiple boards and committees simultaneously.
  • •Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • •Proficiency in governance/corporate secretary tools and software, including board portal systems (NBV, Diligent or similar) and legal entity management systems (GEMs or similar).
