  • •Own executive recruiting end to end across the Payward platform spanning C-level, Board, VP+ and bespoke Advisor mandates.
  • •Partner with the Co-CEOs and executive team on the searches that matter most, operating as a trusted advisor.
  • •Run board and advisory mandates with discretion, handling confidential searches and sensitive succession conversations.
  • •Define how executive hiring scales as a shared service across a growing, multi-brand platform.
  • •Manage the external search partner strategy, including relationships with key retained firms and coordination when engaged.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of executive recruiting experience with end-to-end ownership of executive searches (VP, C-level, Board) from mandate through close.
  • •A selection mindset focused on calibrating candidates against business strategy and defending a shortlist to skeptical executive stakeholders.
  • •Strong closing and negotiation experience at executive level, including offer construction and equity/comp complexity.
  • •Experience partnering closely with Compensation & Benefits and HR business partners to maintain alignment across the search lifecycle.
  • •Proven agency and retained-firm management, including briefing, accountability, and spend control.
