Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests as they enter and prepare to enter
  • •Direct restroom and concessions lines, resolve guest complaints, and proactively assist to improve the guest experience
  • •Greet guests, distribute advertising flyers when needed, and support VIP programming under Operations Manager direction
  • •Monitor restrooms and guest lines, check and log lost-and-found items, and report maintenance/cleaning issues to department managers
  • •Ensure guest safety by removing hazards, preventing altercations, maintaining control during the shift, and setting up the area before opening

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
  • •At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • •Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for guest interactions
  • •Ability to perform physical demands including constant walking and lifting 50 lbs+ and working late hours
