Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership across major infrastructure and environmental programmes, setting direction and driving high-quality, best-for-project outcomes
•Lead the integration of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring robust project management practices, clear accountability and effective delivery governance are in place
•Oversee assurance, governance and compliance, giving clients and delivery teams confidence that projects are well controlled, well managed and aligned to the brief
•Influence client, project and stakeholder decision-making, driving engagement, shaping strategy and strengthening relationships across the project lifecycle
•Strengthen client relationships and grow future opportunities by positioning WSP as a trusted delivery partner on complex programmes

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading environmental projects or workstreams within complex infrastructure, development or multidisciplinary programmes
•Strong environmental background across areas such as EIA, contaminated land or similar environmental specialisms
•Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating environmental inputs to deliver high-quality outcomes
•Solid project leadership capability across governance, planning, risk, programme and delivery management
•Chartered, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution
