Specialist II Accounts Payable

Process accounts payable activities including invoice processing under standard procedures, reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger, and performing vendor Statement of Account reconciliations. Investigate and clear disputed invoices, request missing invoice copies, and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end activities and prepare ad hoc reports while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes.
