Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day operations, partnerships, go-to-market efforts, and wraparound support services to maximize value-based care insight impact for partner practices.
  • •Own end-to-end accountability for proactive identification, development, and execution of field/market, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts for Risk Stratification program and product efforts.
  • •Build strategic relationships with payer partners and leaders at multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large practices to advance insight delivery and risk stratification.
  • •Identify, evaluate, contract, and execute net new vendor and external partnerships supporting insight delivery and impact on risk stratification.
  • •Provide direction to junior team members on initiatives such as incentive and adoption programs, educational efforts, hotspotting, monitoring and alerting, and practice/user prioritization and triage; coordinate cross-functionally to advance insight delivery and risk stratification efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •6+ years of experience in healthcare.
  • •2+ years of experience in value-based care.
  • •Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in health care operations settings.
