Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, remediation, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
  • •Develop and maintain training schedules, ensure accurate training records, and align documentation with GDP and regulatory requirements.
  • •Use LMS platforms to assign, track, and report training completion and effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training meets business and compliance needs.
  • •Train, certify, and audit personnel on safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and enforce OSHA and facility rules related to powered industrial equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • •Experience facilitating and presenting training to diverse audiences across operational teams.
  • •Experience administering training using LMS platforms for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • •Experience with OSHA compliance and warehouse/distribution safety training; PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification or ability to obtain certification required.
