Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple bank branches by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. Grow relationships through pre-set appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, referrals, and follow-up programs. Educate customers on optimizing bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) while maintaining deep product, policy, and regulatory knowledge and adhering to operational, security, risk, and compliance procedures.
