Job Summary

Lead the local IT team in Las Vegas Distribution Center Technology, owning end-to-end delivery of IT services and acting as the primary interface between DC leadership, Corporate IT, and external partners. Own and evolve the Manhattan WMS/PKMS platform, manage integrations across SAP/OMS/TMS, support warehouse automation, and lead scalable technology operations in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of IT services supporting the Las Vegas Distribution Center and coordinate priorities, roadmaps, and service delivery expectations.
•Lead integrated planning, scheduling, and execution of IT initiatives, including releases, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
•Establish and govern core service delivery processes such as demand intake, prioritization, release management, and change coordination.
•Drive proactive communication and transparency on system performance, risks, incidents, and delivery timelines in a 24x7 environment.
•Own and evolve Manhattan WMS/PKMS and lead integrations across SAP, OMS, and TMS, including support for warehouse automation and DC expansion/automation deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in business, engineering, supply chain or related field.
•Minimum 8+ years of IT experience with strong emphasis on retail supply chain and distribution.
•3+ years of experience leading others.
•Deep hands-on expertise with Manhattan WMS/PKMS and SAP (AFS or S/4), plus OMS and TMS platforms.
•Strong understanding of warehouse execution (inbound, outbound, returns) and automation/integration patterns (WCS/WES, APIs, middleware, event-based architecture).
