  • •Escalate and resolve project issues, address resourcing gaps, and help overcome invoice/cash collection challenges.
  • •Drive financial forecasting and working capital performance through monthly/quarterly/annual targets and cash-flow monitoring.
  • •Ensure project management practices align with AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • •Manage approximately 125 department staff and coach/mentor project delivery employees while supporting succession planning and recruiting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

  • •15+ years related experience including 8+ years operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management.
  • •Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation with risk-based strategic asset management in multiple state jurisdictions.
