Maintenance Supervisor

Lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment, overseeing front-line employees to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance. Coordinate daily maintenance activities with manufacturing, engineering, and support teams, manage work schedules and priorities, and support preventive/corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintain maintenance records, and drive continuous improvement through accountability and employee development.
