Job Summary

Support the growth of email-based customer onboarding by configuring email channel capabilities for new and existing clients. Manage client IP pools and ticket queues to meet setup targets, stay current on email best practices, and serve as the main point of contact for customers and partners. Partner with Email Deliverability, Product, Sales, RevOps, Growth, Alliances, and SMS Ops to execute operational logistics, maintain playbooks and ESP-specific documentation, and flag tooling/process improvements.
