Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programme mobilisation activities for major capital, infrastructure, real estate, and transformation programmes, including setting vision, objectives, and mobilisation roadmaps.
  • •Establish programme management offices and integrated delivery functions, supporting client initiation, transition, and scale-up phases.
  • •Design programme operating models, including governance, organisation structures, roles/accountabilities, processes/interfaces, and target operating models (TOMs).
  • •Create governance frameworks and decision-making pathways, define committees/reporting arrangements, and ensure effective escalation and governance documentation.
  • •Act as a trusted advisory leader for executive clients, facilitate strategic workshops, provide recommendations, and support proposals and business development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in programme management, advisory, consulting, or organisational transformation.
  • •Proven experience mobilising large-scale programmes or portfolios.
  • •Experience developing programme operating models and governance frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of programme management and PMO best practices.
  • •Experience working with major infrastructure, real estate, defence, transport, energy, or government programmes.
