LN Concerts, Line Cook, Part -Time- The Echo Lounge and Music Hall

Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced venue kitchen, following standardized recipes and maintaining proper portion sizes and plate presentation. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, keep the station and equipment—including grills, ovens, stoves, and walk-in cooler—clean and hazard-free, and perform opening/closing duties. Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards while rotating food items and supporting teamwork throughout each shift.
