  • •Partner with Treasury Management Advisors to support middle market commercial clients.
  • •Manage and grow treasury sales opportunities in the business banking client portfolio.
  • •Prepare proposals, agreements, and implementation documents in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • •Cross-sell treasury products and services to expand client relationships and improve profitability.
  • •Support treasury service delivery by resolving client issues, coordinating implementation meetings, and performing pro forma account analysis and related reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or commercial banking, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of treasury management products, pricing, and BSA requirements.
  • •Strong account analysis skills, including experience with complex analyses and pro forma modeling.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proven success in treasury management sales.
