Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign responsibilities, delegate, and train maintenance employees to establish an efficient maintenance organization.
  • •Oversee the maintenance team’s enforcement of safe, clean working practices and compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company rules and regulations.
  • •Develop or revise standard operational procedures and ensure the team implements and complies with these standards.
  • •Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules for equipment, systems, and the facility.
  • •Respond to maintenance questions and requests by providing information and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of maintenance management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and developing staff.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with employees.
  • •NH3 experience preferred.
  • •Ability to move around the plant, climb ramps and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
