  • •Execute categorization and resolution of SLA and usage issues affecting customers and financial accuracy, including cross-functional RCAs with Engineering.
  • •Maintain metrics, reporting, and data assets to support leadership decision-making and inform financial reserves or revenue recognition adjustments.
  • •Catalog partnership terms, create and maintain SOPs, oversee outbound reporting workstreams, and sign off on operational outcomes.
  • •Lead compliance-focused remediation efforts bridging raw product metering data and financial ground truth.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to convert usage insights into operational improvements aligned with partnership arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in consumption-based revenue recognition/accounting and business partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Experience writing SQL and past experience using Databricks strongly preferred.
  • •Proven capability managing operational workflows, establishing SOPs, and running root-cause analyses within complex systems.
  • •Extensive expertise influencing stakeholders and ensuring finance-impacting issues align to compliance guardrails.
