Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble semiconductor/display equipment per electrical and mechanical assembly drawings and procedures, and perform function testing using standard operating procedures.
  • •Handle parts receipt, sorting, and inspection to ensure completeness and compliance with quality requirements.
  • •Perform component quality verification, vacuum leak testing, pressure-hold testing, and checks before powering the equipment.
  • •Execute production work according to relevant documents and complete required records.
  • •Complete necessary training and follow supervisor-assigned tasks, including potential two-shift scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or higher (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in mechanical assembly and circuit/equipment assembly, with strong ability to read electrical schematics.
  • •Preferred: relevant technician/equipment wiring and lifting/work-at-height certificates (e.g.,乙級電機 & 電子工業配線, 固定式起重機, 堆高機, 高空工作車).
  • •Ability to work with teams and communicate to coordinate tasks.
  • •Ability to meet work requirements such as working in a cleanroom with PPE, overtime, shift work, and possible travel.
