Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and working closely with providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • •Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for the work that actually moves the needle
  • •Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • •Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant at all times
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region, making sure every employee has a smooth and well-organized experience from day one

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday—you know how to navigate it confidently and keep data clean and accurate
  • •Outstanding attention to detail, especially when it comes to documents, contracts, and data
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • •Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
