Key Responsibilities

•Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and working closely with providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
•Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for the work that actually moves the needle
•Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
•Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant at all times
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region, making sure every employee has a smooth and well-organized experience from day one

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
•Hands-on experience with Workday—you know how to navigate it confidently and keep data clean and accurate
•Outstanding attention to detail, especially when it comes to documents, contracts, and data
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
•Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
