Job Summary

Operate either a batch or drum asphalt plant to produce quality asphalt for customers. Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety policies and regulations, and comply with MSHA/OSHA/DOT requirements. Maintain product quality and production by completing daily and weekly production reports and performing general daily maintenance on the plant. Coordinate truck loading/assignments, order liquid asphalt as needed, and follow environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies, procedures, and using appropriate tools and equipment.
•Adhere to MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply safety rules and regulations.
•Ensure quality production of asphalt materials and responsible environmental compliance.
•Assign and load trucks to various locations and coordinate needed liquid asphalt orders.
•Complete daily and weekly production reports and perform general daily maintenance on the asphalt plant.
