Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East region, coordinating with subcontractors and systems to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • •Leverage automation and high-level SCADA experience to support the proposal process and drive integrated solutions across international teams.
  • •Demonstrate a strong commercial presence to influence stakeholders and support the sales team in delivering customer-centric proposals.
  • •Collaborate with global OEMs and internal teams to develop Turn-Key automation solutions and ensure compliance with policy and ethical standards in commercial processes.
  • •Lead the bid/tender process, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
  • •8-12 years of proposal development experience in industrial automation, power control, or related industry
  • •Estimation background in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process control entities
  • •Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • •Proven experience in customer interaction and strong business writing/communication skills
