Senior Design & Proposal Engineer responsible for developing technically compliant, cost-effective proposals for the Middle East region, leveraging automation and SCADA expertise, coordinating with international teams, managing bids, and driving pre-sales activities to mitigate risk and maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East region, coordinating with subcontractors and systems to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
•Leverage automation and high-level SCADA experience to support the proposal process and drive integrated solutions across international teams.
•Demonstrate a strong commercial presence to influence stakeholders and support the sales team in delivering customer-centric proposals.
•Collaborate with global OEMs and internal teams to develop Turn-Key automation solutions and ensure compliance with policy and ethical standards in commercial processes.
•Lead the bid/tender process, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project execution.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
•8-12 years of proposal development experience in industrial automation, power control, or related industry
•Estimation background in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process control entities
•Fluency in both written and verbal English
•Proven experience in customer interaction and strong business writing/communication skills
