Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of CDM Principal Designer duties across projects and programmes.
  • •Develop and own design risk management strategies, chairing design risk workshops and reviews.
  • •Provide authoritative advice to clients on CDM duties and compliance.
  • •Oversee pre-construction information, risk registers/hazard logs, and health and safety files.
  • •Lead workplace/operational health and safety advisory services including audits, inspections, assurance, risk assessments, and statutory compliance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in construction/engineering/health & safety (or HNC/HND with relevant experience); NEBOSH General or Construction preferred.
